Tangy Thai Chili sauce, crunchy kettle chips, and scallions give plain hamburger patties an exciting Asian flair. We like to top off our Thai Burgers with a creamy easy cilantro mayonnaise for extra pizzazz.

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup crushed kettle potato chips
3/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup sliced scallion (green onion)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
6 hamburger buns
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cilantro, and lime juice; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except hamburger buns; mix well and form into 6 equal-sized patties.
Grill patties 8 to 12 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning halfway through grilling. Toast hamburger buns and serve patties on buns, topped with cilantro mayonnaise.
